Leader Development Bonus

As a qualified Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, or Double Diamond, you have the potential to earn an additional 2% override on volume in your sales organization. In each leg that you develop a qualifed Ruby, or above, you will be paid an addtional 2% bonus on that Ruby's entire organizational volume, through 3 levels of qualified Rubies.

R.E.D.D. Pool

In keeping with TLC's "One Team One Dream" philosophy, the R.E.D.D. Pool gives you the potential to earn a percentage of the entire company's Monthly Volume, whether or not the volume is in your own organization.

• Earn one share of 1% of company monthly volume when you are paid as Ruby with 3 Gold legs.
• Earn one share of 1% of company monthly volume when you are paid as Emerald with 3 Ruby leggs.
• Earn one share of 1% of company monthly volume when you are paid as Diamond with 3 Emerald legs.
• Earn one share of 1% of company monthly volume as a qualified Double Diamond with 3 Diamond legs.

If you are a qualified Double Diamond, you participate in the Double Diamond, Diamond , Emerald , and Ruby pools. If you are a qualified Diamond , you participate in the Diamond , Emerald , and Ruby pools. If you are a qualified Emerald , you share in the Emerald and Ruby pools. Calculated Monthly / Paid Quarterly.

Incentives Pool

1% of the Monthly Volume is set aside for Leadership Conferences, Dream Weekends, and other incentives and trips for TLC Distributors.
