The Limu Company?s Vice President of Operations, Rick McCall, spent 2 decades in significant professional roles that includes 13 years in the direct sales industry. There, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations of The Pampered Chef, which he helped grow from $25 million to $700 million dollars annually, while managing the growth of its office and distribution facilities from 40,000 square feet to over 1 million square feet. He was responsible for planning, designing, and implementing the operational infrastructure to help the company perform with operational excellence while growing at high rates.

Rick?s experience involves all facets of Operations, from sourcing, procurement and materials, to distribution, logistics, and facilities. He is an effective, decisive and visionary leader and an expert manager of people. Rick is highly skilled at facilitating company growth while serving the evolving needs of the company, our customers, and markets. His experience and expertise is instrumental in helping to guide The Limu Company to the next level.

In addition to a BA in Accounting, Rick received his Executive Master?s of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is currently the Treasurer of a local chapter of the Notre Dame Alumni Association. Since 2002, Rick served as an adjunct professor teaching Supply Chain Management at a Master?s level and was responsible for designing and writing one of the courses. In addition to Rick?s involvement in several professional associations and several charitable causes, he has served as a Boy Scout leader.

Rick has been married to Irma, an elementary school teacher, for 29 years. The couple has 5 children. Jessica works for a mortgage company while earning her MBA; Anthony is studying to be a Cordon Bleu chef; Katie is an education major in college; and Megan, the director of a day care center, is married to Jeff and the mother of Rick and Irma?s 16 month old grandchild, Vincent. The special addition to the family is 9 year old, Alex, a third grader whom the McCalls adopted in Russia in 2003.
